Hi All,

After years of being too thin or too big I am hoping to end up just right - that is healthy!! So I am using this to monitor my intake and exercise - and to hopefully lose those few dreaded pounds that have crept on.

    While I have never been too thin, I was very ill in 2007 and lost 20 lbs too fast (and most of the weight lost was muscle). I was so weak, and realized why they say to lose weight on a slow, steady basis: Slow = fat loss.
    This site keeps you from losing too fast, if you follow their suggestions.
    So welcome, enjoy yourself. I have learned a lot of info from the people using this site. I'm sure you will, too.
