Vitamins and mineral questions

Hello, I looked here but can't find it. Which vitamins or minerals give you extra energy? I take a multi vitamin but I'm looking for a little boost to help get me started in the mornings without coffee, caffein, or energy drinks to take the place of morning coffee or iced tea.

    I generally find a good nights sleep and a banana helps me feel awake and energized for a morning workout.

    B vitamins...I recommend Nutri-Calm from Nature's Sunshine, energy without being frantic or hyper...

    I've read over and over that an apple and a glass of water works better to wake you up than a cup of coffee does, so maybe incorporate that into your breakfast routine. I find it works as a pick-me-up in the afternoon so I dont' see why morning would be any different.
