Hi, Just thought that I would share a little bit about myself as I get going with this. Overall, I would like to lost between 15 and 30 pounds. I know that is a huge difference between the two, but I feel that if I share my story quickly it will make sense. I weigh about 182 pounds and am 5'7ish. I only was down to about 160 and could never seem to go below that (my goal weight is like 155). For the most part I am a very healthy eater but my serving sizes tend to be way to big; so I really need to control portion sizes. My next problem as of lately is that I have been weigh over eating due to emotional stress. I am in my last semester of college and student teaching at the time. It is really taking its toll on me. So any and all help would be great. I am always looking for new workout ideas, motivational advice, and tips on how to stay satisfied longer.
