After using my BodyBugg for awhile I have come to realize that on average I'm burning 3200-3400 calories a day. I am doing Insanity and having 6 kids keeps me on the move alot! I am always feeling tired and wore out. I'm averaging 1400-1800 calories a day. I'm not looking to lose more than a lb. a week, so would it be ok to up my cals? What do ya'll think?
If I do up my calries, what would some healthy high cal foods to add in?

So that amount is exercise and daily activity, right? I would say if you added one something and be sure you are getting the right amount of sleep. Have you ever tried Edemamme? It is high in protein and fiber, and super yummy. That would be a great snack.
Do you take a B vitamin? All of the B vitamins are suppose to help with fatigue.
Hope I helped a little.0 -
sounds like it should be the smart thing to do.
3200 calories - 500 = 2700 calories....
1400 is pretty far away from 2700. I would up them to maybe 2000 for a week and see what happens. As you said. Make sure they are healthy calories.0
