I received my cholesterol results this morning. Back in September I was at nearly 250. This morning's result - 144.

Kicking cholesterol's *kitten*.

    I'm getting mine done tomorrow. The last time it was checked it was 285 total. I'm dying to see what it is now.

    I'm 23 with high cholestoral and in the process of losing 50 lbs. I am hoping it will help (but my mom lost 30 and hers went UP) but I also won't get down on myself if it doesn't, because it's genetics too. (Mom, dad, and who knows who else cuz they aren't going to the doctor). HAPPY FOR YOU!
