Need some encouragement Please c:

So I'm 18 Now and partway struggling to get back on track. I Always have been an active child growing up. Running around on the playground, riding my bike, joined gymnastics and soccer, and track growing up. It wasn't till around I hit 16 I stopped doing most of that stuff and thats where my metabolism slowed down and the weight started to build. Naturally I have an athletic body, having a good amount of muscle on my body. That hourglass figure most girls work for. Mines all natural, it was the way I was born. But after 2 years of 85% of the time being lazy and not doing sports and struggling to work out I went from 140 at 16 years old (finished puberty ) & ( my natural low weight) to 165 at age 18 ( the worst I ever been in my life). I felt embarrassed, out of shape, un happy. I tried and tried to start to work out again. I'de start off hard and strong for about 2 weeks then lose all motivation and stop. Start again then stop. My weight has been fluctuating for a while from 150-155. Which means I have lost about 10 pounds since I weighed at 165. Which I am happy about. I have finally got my motivation back to work out because I am moving in 32 days with my long term boyfriend. He is also working out where he is at for the same reason I am. We want to be confident and look good for each other. Call me vain but I want to look good. I want to look healthy and in shape. I want to improve my endurance and be able to run longer and train harder. So recently I made myself a easy routine that I am more than capable of following . A walk before breakfast in the morning to set the mood and slowly cut some of that extra fat. Strength training in the afternoon and a interval jog in the evening. If I do this every day to every other day for about a week or so it should become habit. And I want it to be habit so I can continue to do it and not stop again. I want to be able to continue to work out and get in better and better shape and get back to my possible 140 lbs goal. I would even settle for 145 if thats all I could manage. Every girls body is different. Mine so happens to be on the athletic muscular side. Which I enjoy because it is easy to get my shape back if I work out properly, and I also have good muscle tone to show off from every lb of fat I lose. My only problem is it's hard to stay self motivated. So I am asking guys or girls. If you could be friend me and help push me along my weight loss I am currently 153.5 and I want to make it down to 145 at least for my first goal. Tips on healthy natural weight loss work be helpful!
