Looks like a recipe from http://thisiswhyyourefat.com/. I'll pass.
LOL, I've seen this recipe and have resisted the temptation. Maybe after I run my first 10K. These are certainly a ticket to derailment, for me anyway.0 -

Really? Because why?
/sigh...300cal, craploads of protein, moderate fat...and if you're mindful of the barbecue sauce, relatively few carbs.
Yeah, eat one or two of these, and you'll be a BLIMP by tomorrow.0 -

Just like potato chips, I can't eat just one. 2 might make a meal, a good meal!0 -

Freakin delicious!
I also use everything but the chicken and barbecue sauce to make poppers. Simply spoon the cheese mix into the jalepeno, and wrap with bacon rubbed in brown sugar. Bake until the bacon is crispy.
Enjoy
Sounds awesome! Quoting so I can find this again later when I need snack/lunch ideas.
I bet the poppers would be killer with pulled chicken or pork inside0 -

Anything spicy, cheesy, bbq-y is like crack to me. I had two of these (one chicken breast) and a bunch of spinach. Total calories 450 and I'm full and sleepy (I used half the recommended bacon on accident but it worked out well). I wrapped the rest up before I even started eating.0 -

Yeah, maybe, if you eat just one and nothing with it. Fat chance.0 -
I was about to make these...without bacon...because I am one of those weird people who don't like bacon but as I was getting started I got derailed and tried something else. I stuffed the jalapeno with the cream cheese but used Mexican cheese instead of the colby or cheddar. I rolled the jalapeno up in the chicken and the coated the chicken with Ortega Hot n Spicy Taco Seasoning. Then I brushed on Ortago Taco Sauce. It was really yummy. I'd like it to be spicer though. I think adding some taco seasoning to the cream cheese would help.0

*drool*! Looks similar to something I make but without the jalapeno. My way is wrong. Must try!!!0

Made these this weekend and they were "the bomb" lol. Whole family loved them. Served with grilled veggies and the meal was awesome. Be careful when you wrap them up to seal the ends tight or the cheese mixture runs out the ends. Great leftovers too, hubby took to work for lunch.0

I cooked these last night and even the 'fussy eater' loved them. RESULT! :-)0
