I have never napped...I didn't realize that adults napped either. I clearly live under a rock.

I'm up at 6 with my kids, and don't go to sleep until around 11:30-midnight.

Sleeping in is impossible with kids but it would be cutting into my daylight of fun activities! No sleeping in!

I sleep in on weekends when my schedule allows (no baseball, football games) and I take naps almost daily!!

I wake up at 5:45am and I'm normally not in bed till close to midnight.

I've got a 4-legged alarm clock on the weekends - and wouldn't trade him for eleventy billion dollars.

I'm up before 5 M-F...on the weekend, I'm lucky if my body will stay asleep past 6, so yes! I love me some weekend naps when I can get them! Especially if it's raining

Nope. My internal clock won't let me sleep past 6am and it is REALLY hard for me to sleep during the day - unless I'm completely physically exhausted.

I get up at 7 M-F, but on days I don't work...I sleep until noon. :blushing: Sometimes I wonder why I never grew out of that. I'm not a nap person. I go to bed around midnight most nights either way.

On the weekends I'm up usually by 7:30 and I rarely take a nap unless I'm not feeling well.

I get up at 5:30 M-F and on the weekends, I am usually up by 7, if I am lucky, I might sleep until 7:30.

I can't nap unless I am terribly sick. My mind won't shut down if I try to take a nap.

I get up at 6 a.m., or earlier, sometimes. I take a nap almost every other day -- 15 or 20 minutes.

can't stand naps, never liked them. my husband loves naps. he takes them whenever he can. so no, you aren't the only adult who takes them.

I love my nap time on Saturdays and Sundays around 2:00pm if I have time ~ usually only lasts 20 to 30 minutes but I am a much happier person when I do!! Plus I am a night owl!! I usually stay up late and wake up around 6:30 - 7:00am 7 days a week!!

I'm usually up around 6 on work days, and weekends we wake up around 8-8:30 on average. We often nap on weekends. Last Saturday we napped for over 3 hours. I love napping.

I take naps every weekday at work. If they didn't want me to sleep at work than they wouldn't force me to take an hour for lunch in a room without windows. My neighbors at work in adjacent offices have also started taking naps after seeing how rested and relaxed I am after my lunch break.

after 2 hours of tough work outs, I come home have some coffee - which is reverse effect for me - work some, crash for an hour then get up an work some more.

I literally could not stay awake everyday if I tried. Years ago I worked for Ford and found my way to the car everyday for a 15-20 minute nap that got me through the day. sometimes I wasn't sure if I would make it to the car without falling over and sleeping on the floor haha.
