Candida Diet

Hello, Wondering if anyone has been on the candida diet before? I have in the past, but I'm back on it again because my body needs to be again. I hate this diet so much b/c it is so restrictive. No wheat, yeast, sweeteners of any kind, fruit, dairy, anything fermented (vinegar), mushrooms, cucumbers. I can have all the nuts and fish I want, but I'm allergic to them both. So that leaves me with meat, veggies, whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, corn, millet, etc, but NO wheat).

Hi there -
I've done it and don't find it too difficult, but I got used to eating really clean. The trick is to find good seasonings you can use to liven up the foods you're eating. There are a ton of healthy, herbal seasonings and oils that will help to boost your immune system. Things like coconut oil, garlic, and tumeric can all help to make your food more appealing while helping you stay on track!0
