Hi I,m new to my fitness pal my wife has been on here for ages and I. Decided its time to lose some pounds and get in shape!!!! I,m only on day 4 but things seam to be going good!!!!!

Counting the calories is easy really as you just search for the food!! And just make sure you don't skip adding anything you eat!!! I,m also doing the 30 day shred exercise DVD as well and I,m felling better already!0
