Is there a site, or place on here, that tells you how to do that caloric intake thing where it changes a few times a week to help lose weight? If there is do you know where it is?

Are you talking about calorie cycling?
If you want to calorie cycle, you just manually change your goals daily for whatever your cycle is that day. You can't set MFP up to calorie cycle, it's all manual.0 -
I found a link a year or so ago where I typed in my information and it gave me a calorie cycling plan, but I can't find anything like that now.0

I saw this, but I was asking about the cycling thing for my cousin. I have done it in the past. With me being in school full time I don't eat much but I'm not active. I was losing weight when I was using only stairs at school, not elevators. I plan to do stairs only again now that it is no longer colder than balls where I live lol0
