Setting Mini Goals

Today I was looking at my weight loss ticker on MFP and realized that I’m almost 1/4 of the way through my journey based on my estimated UGW. This made me feel pretty damn good! I had originally started with 5 mini goals to reach along the way to make me feel motivated (100, 75, 50, and 25 lbs to UGW), but seeing that I still had 18 pounds to my next mini goal was making me discouraged a little bit despite the fact that I’m now at 25 lbs lost. I figured I need to break up my mini goals a little bit so I've added in 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 way there marks to give me things to look forward to in smaller steps.

What are your mini goals and do you reward yourself when you reach them?
