Layer of fat on stomach and thighs

Not done as much as usual this week but tonight my stomach and thighs seem to have a massive layer of fat on them, been looking OK the rest of the week.

I can pinch an inch on my stomach which has been looking tighter even yesterday.

Weighing myself tomorrow as well.

Hoping it's just from doing my first hour run since last Friday.

    Weighed myself, put on 2 lbs / 0. 6 kg, but body fat is the same 22.8%! :bigsmile:

    Good result considering I've felt really ill and only done 15.5 miles running compared to 32.5 last week.

    Looking a lot better today, 10 k run tomorrow to burn some fat.
