Almost finished 30 Day Shred - what next?

So I have one day left of the 30 day shred and don't know what to move onto next.
I'm wanting to slim down my thighs further and keep working on my abs. Any suggestions on what I can try? Or to those who have done 30DS what was your next step?

    I've got a week left, then I'm moving onto Ripped in 30. That's split up into weeks, rather than levels, and its Jillian Michaels. Same sort of short 30m circuits too.

    After that I'm going to try Insanity!
