Clean Recipes
Options
For those of you who eat clean, I need some yummy recipes! Especially dinner recipes but would love as many ideas as possible for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! I cook for my mom and step dad who are trying to lose weight as well so I need lots of flavor! Thank youuuuu!

I just made some amazing black bean salsa lettuce wraps!
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1 can mexi-corn drained
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 of a sweet onion chopped
1 jalapeno seeded and chopped
1 bunch cilantro chopped
juice of 1 lime
a little salt
boston lettuce
mix all salsa ing together. I called the serving size at about 1 cup salsa between 3 lettuce leaves.
Dressing
1 avacado
1 single serving size plain greek yogurt
juice of 1/2 a lime
a little salt and pepper
I put the dressing ingredients in my nutri bullet to make it nice and smooth.
serving size is about 1/5 of the dressing.
MFP calculated about 220 calories for this serving size. Only has about 5 grams of protein though.0
