For things you pan fry at home. For instance, I am frying hamburger steak in olive oil, how much oil do I use for logging purposes?

I have no idea, but I log about 1/2 to 3/4 just to be safe.0

unless you are deep frying and there is a ton of oil left over, I count it all0

I'm so anal sometimes I would probably measure the difference in the oil before and after and count that amount. But that might be going overboard ...0

I usually count half for my eggs. Most of it's still in the pan after I fry my eggs and I wipe em off. A burger may absorb more though. Hmm...good question.0

If it says, say, "Chicken, meatless, fried, cooked" - then I'm assuming that the oil or whatever they use to cook it with is already included. So, I never log it at all.0
