Under calorie intake question???

Ok, I had made a post earlier that I am under calorie intake almost every day, I average about 900-1000 (suppose to be at 1200) and am burning around 550+ a day with workouts. Is anyone else on this type of pattern and is it hurting your weight loss? I am not a big eater so I struggle to eat a lot and I am extremely picky. I don't want to give up working out and I do not want to sabotage weight loss by not eating enough....your input would be very helpful!
Thanks friends!

Please tell me you at least eat your exercise cals back? Or are you just eating 900-1000, leaving you with a net of 450 cals for the day?

Over time, eating really low calories can stall your weight loss as the body starts trying to hang on to every thing it can, storing fat rather than burning it. Your metabolism can slow down to match the low intake, making it harder and harder to lose, forcing you to eat less and less in order to achieve weight loss.

Why do you eat so little - not hungry, trying to lose fast?

Over the past 2 days I ate too little in fear that I would end up going over my calorie limit later in the day. Turned out I had about a 500 calorie deficit (about 700 net). Just try to fit in some healthy, higher-calorie foods. I personally love avocados. xD
