Ok, I had made a post earlier that I am under calorie intake almost every day, I average about 900-1000 (suppose to be at 1200) and am burning around 550+ a day with workouts. Is anyone else on this type of pattern and is it hurting your weight loss? I am not a big eater so I struggle to eat a lot and I am extremely picky. I don't want to give up working out and I do not want to sabotage weight loss by not eating enough....your input would be very helpful!
Thanks friends!

I often struggle to get in my calories as I'm not a big eater either. Try eating a bunch of smaller meals throughout the day. I find it easier than eating more less often. I despise the feeling of being full. My schedule is something like:

    6:00 breakfast
9:00 protein shake when I return from my workout
    11:00 lunch (I work from 11:30 to 3:00, so I eat early)
    1:00 early afternoon snack
    3:00 late afternoon snack
    5:00 dinner
    7:00 evening snack

You can see, I'm pretty much eating every two hours. But I'm not eating a lot every two hours. Only a couple hundred calories.
