QUICK POLL: Barefoot Exercise!

I started on the 30 Day Shred recently, and as I live in a fully carpeted apartment, it was only natural to do it barefoot. It didn't even occur to me that I might do it with shoes on until I started the DVD up and saw that Jillian and her assistants were all in sneakers. Out of curiosity, I wore tennis shoes the last time I did The Shred and it did make some difference, but I'm not sure I'm a convert just yet: there's just something kinda nice about sweatin' it out with my feet bare.

So my question is: Do you do any exercises that "should" be done with shoes on barefoot? I'm not talking about yoga, swimming, or other sports where you're *expected* to be barefoot, but some activity where you rebelliously throw caution to the wind, socks to the hamper, and say "screw it, I'm doin' it my way!" Inquiring minds (ahem mine) NEED to know! :bigsmile:
