How to cook veggies with Braggs Liquid Amino

Do you suggest adding it while the veggies are cooking or drizzling some on top of the finished product? Also, is it necessary to cook with oil? I'm trying to make this as low cal and raw as possible. I add some Mrs Dash garlic and herb, some garlic powder, and a little water to soften the veggies on medium heat. And now I'm planning to season it with Braggs. How does everyone else cook their veggies?
