I had "baked ziti"... used some left over cooked whole wheat pasta, mixed in some Healthy Choice pasta sauce & crumbled some Laughing Cow cheese & grated parm ontop. Baked it @ 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or so. Warm, cheesy & very filling:bigsmile:

The Laughing Cow - Light Original Swiss, 0.75 wedge - 26 cals
Fit & Active - Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, 3/4 cup - 180 cals
Raggano - Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 tablespoon - 20 cals
Healthy Choice - Traditional Pasta Sauce, 3/8 cup - 45 cals

Total cals: 271

    My current favorite fresh salad:

    Romain Lettuce-2 cups 20 calories
    Boneless skinless chicken breast-2 oz 55 calories
    fresh cherry tomatoes-6 sliced 31 calories
    sliced button mushrooms-1 cup 15 calories
    Topped with fat free cottage cheese-1/2 cup 80 calories

    I am going to add a little rice vinnegar today since I love the taste, but this salad with the chicken and cottage cheese is so filling and the cherry tomatoes give it great flavor!

    Total-201 calories!:happy:

    I am not skilled at the calarie thing yet but I belive it was around 213 if I measured correctly

    Right now I am eating some cut up veggies (broccoli, carrots, celery and cherry tomatoes) with fat free dip. Will probably have an Amy's mexican tamale pie soon. Yummmmmm!

    I had a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with ff cheese. 10 wheat thins and a wedge of lite laughing cow cheese.

    Trail mix later on.

    Mmm! I'm jealous of your subway sandwich, I really wanted to go get one but I just bought a bunch of lunch meat so I ate that. I think tomorrow I will get a sub though!:tongue:

    Lunch was provided to us today at work. I had 2 slices of combination pizza (about 600 calories i think). I did however cut the crust out which may not seem like it would make a difference but i think it cuts out some of the carbs for lunch..yeah i know it was not the greatest lunch but it was free. Im going to try to work out at the gym today to make up for the calories i ate... :)
