Has Anyone heard of the Food Lovers Fat Loss Program

Ok, I just stumbled across an ad on top of a page for this Food Lovers Fat Loss Program. It basically says you can eat "whatever" you want. You just have to eat less of it and make sure to balance it out with another food that will stabilize your blood sugar and then you will lose weight. No foods are excluded chocolate,pizza whatever is suppose to be ok as long as you eat a small amount and balance it with another food to balance out your blood sugar. It sounds awesome if it actually does work but I would hate to do something like that and lose all my progress but its like Dr's that endorse this program. Was wondering if anyone tried it and if so what they thought of it...not that I would try it I just was looking for reviews and what people thought of that one.
