how to know what diet is best?

Ive been tryin to lose i have 100 pounds to lose anyone doin weight watchers and havin sucess or on here it just seems like how will i ever get there and i get diapoined everytime i fail p l z help with ideas tyou in advance

    log your calories log your exercise it works.

    Personally for me what worked was concentrating on making sure I get enough fruit and vegetables in my diet then add protein and whole grains. So far so good and I don't get so hungry I can't control myself so that I binge.

    forget the idea of following a diet. diets are designed to fail so that you pump more money in when you gain the weight back. (it says on your profle you have tried many and gained the weight back - is this enough evidence?)

    change your lifestyle, adopt healthy eating - track your calories, start exercising - learn to run, go to gym classes, pick up some weights. drink 2-3 litres of water a day and get enough sleep.

    there's no special diet or pill that will get you there or no programme that you have to pay into. change your lifestyle - eat less, more nutritious meals and move more. that's what will get you there.

    have you check out In Place Of A Road Map? I am sure you have if PU has talked to you :). It works. I was on a plateau for 1 month and was eating around 1200-1400 calories. I did what IPOARM said and ate up to 1660-1839 and lost 5.4 lbs in 1 day!! so it works!! you just have to scan/track everything. Know when to say NO and follow what your body really needs to eat. Believe me your body will tell you when it doesn't like something.

    I had ice cream today and I eat junk here and there, my body got really bad cramps and hurt to high heavens!! I drank water and just ate fruits and veggies and it was fine after that ( was in pain for 2hours). So slow down and breath :) look at my ticker i have more to loose!! your 100 makes me laugh because it will MELT off of you if you just breath and start slow!!
