Bruising

I've lost about 20 lbs since late January, and I'm noticing that I'm bruising when I'm not hurting myself. I've read that it could be nutrition, but, it's only happening to my legs... I just finished doing some roll-outs on my knees an hour ago, and I can already see my knees bruising. Any one else experiencing this??

    less padding?

i think you should look into whether you're getting all the vit/min you you need. maybe take a one-a-day suppliment.
and i think asking your doc might be a good idea too. a checkup is always a good starting point!

I think you should get a checkup if you can. Unexplained bruising can signal something's up with your blood, like low clotting factors. Also are you on any medication?

Usually areas with higher fat bruise more easily. Also women bruise more easily than men and this increases as you get older.
