got hurt mad!!!!

I have been on a diet and workout since three weeks ago. Yesterday morning I was working out with billy blanks and now I got hurt on my last session. I was already done working out the thirty five minute workout. My lower back is in pain now. I can't workout now. Is there anything I can do or take to get this pain away faster?

    Hot bath or heat pack, casual pass to the local pool and use the spa, massage, chiropractor, physiotherapist, get someone to give you a back rub, gentle stretching, and/or taking it easy until it doesn't hurt anymore.
