So if some of my excess weight is caused by excess water retention, if I locked myself in a small room with my dehumidifier I use for drying out my room will it extract some of that heavy water?

veganchica12, where did you find that adorable bunny scale photo????

the key to ridding oneself of water retention is to continue to drink water, silly as it sounds. also be mindful of sodium intake.

You need to tie some weights to the dehumidifier. I mean, you need to outweigh the HEAVY in the water, right?

    lol...

I have always had great success getting rid of retained water weight by increasing my regular water intake. You just need to spread it out over the whole day - and also stick to eating whole foods.
