    I'm currently working towards getting certified to teach yoga, and our essay assignment for this week was to list 100 Things I Love About Me... it was honestly much more difficult than I had expected, but a great exercise for cultivating self-love.

    I encourage everyone to start a list, adding at least 2-3 affirmations to it daily, whether you feel like you have low self-esteem or not - it's quite empowering!

    I will be starting that list this weekend. Thank you.

    If I was perfect, I would have accepted my fat, slow self and not bothered training or losing weight... there is a difference between accepting who you are and believing you are perfect and not being capable of being better.

    Your body is not who you are. Nobody can be a better you, than you. So, be yourself, everybody else is taken. :happy:
