One of my friends is always telling me "You don't need to lose weight! You look fine!", plies me constantly with chocolates/cakes/etc and discourages me from doing any form of exercise. She is a good friend to me in that she's there for me, but I feel like she's sabotaging my weight-loss attempts! Does anyone have a friend like this? How do you refuse their gifts of food without offending? Maybe I'm just being a ***** though

It's as simple as saying "No, thank you".
If you have some tact and manners, no reason for your friend to be offended.0 -
