calcium

For those of you that don't drink milk or eat any dairy - where do you get your calcium? Do you take a supplement or get it from food sources. I eat/drink dairy, but I find that if I am going over my calories the first thing I cut is milk. Most of the foods that are high in calcium are not my favorites - I can eat some, but no where near enough to get my daily allowance. Thanx.

I usually will drink 8 oz of coconut milk in protein shake it aims to hit protein and calcium and calcium is higher in coconut milk. I do that if I know I'm not going to be getting much other calcium in the day. But I will take calcium supplements if I fall shot for the day because I've heard that if you don't get enough calcium it pulls it from your bones and can lead to osteoporosis.0
