Intracranial Hypertension.

I have this. Was wondering if anyone else had this and is trying to lose weight. :-)

    I have hypertension but I've never heard of intra cranial hypertension.

    You have IH you probably have a shunt for the build up of excess CFS? this probably means your under the care of a neurologist? Your diet should be as clean as you can stand, and your workouts may only consist on walking. I'm not a neuro but I have chronic migraines and see a one regularly this is what he advises me to do. Has yours advised you?

    I see a dr and I have been advised on what to do exercise and diet wise. I am just looking for others who have this condition so we can encourage each other. :-)

    I have IH it has been a rough year and I have been away from the gym b/c of pain going to try to start up again!
