No one seems to talk the sodium talk, yet it seems to be a big issue for many people. What should the healthy regular diet have per day/ mg per day. ? Anyone out there know the answer?

if you don't have high bloodpressure it's usually not much of an issue. Sodium should be somewhere between 2000 and 2500 mg a day though experts are all over the map from 1500 to 3000. If you stay around the 2000 range you should be ok.0

However, if you over do it on sodium especially before a weigh in that actually make you gain...just an FYI...
