Moms - what activity level do you set yourself at?

I am a mostly SAHM (I do work 2 days a week) with a 2 year old and 4 year old. I'm not on my feet all day like, say, a salesperson, but I am up and down all day, cleaning, picking up toys, picking up kids, back and forth through the house, running errands, etc. I'd say a sit for 2-3 hours a day all total (only when my kids are sleeping!). What activity level should I set myself at? I've had it set at Lightly Active, but feel like my weight is coming off pretty slow and am afraid that maybe its set too high and I shouldn't be eating back my calories. But honestly, the calorie goal for Sedentary feels unachievable. I am shooting for 1600 cals a day, and anything less than that takes a ton of effort and leaves me hungry. Thoughts?

I say kids (especially little ones) automatically move you to lightly active. Then if you workout (exercise moderate intensity) beyond that 2-4 hours/wk. Go with moderate. anything above that high0

I also work 2 days a week and rest of the time I run around after my 3 kids. I rarely sit down until evening! I have my self as lightly active also! I do an exercise DVD for 30 mins 4 x a week. Which isn't a lot compared to what some people on here do. I aim for 1400 a day more on weekends maybe 1650. I don't eat back exercise cals. The weight is coming off slowly which is what I want as and i didn't have much to lose in the first place. I want to be used to a way of eating, rather than diet loose weight stop diet and put it back on!!0
