I'm about to start another challenge, if anyone is looking for some friendly competition to give them a kick in the pants?! Details TBD, but most likely a 8 week transformation challenge. To join the group go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/MachineBodyTransformation/
There is usually small entry fee ($10-20) which all goes into the prize pot. First and second place take the prize pot. I do not keep any....everything is used as prizes! If a support group or some friendly competition motivate you, this is a great challenge with some very awesome ladies who are ready to BRING IT every day, working towards their goals! Join us!
