Is there a way to turn OFF the MFP setting that "adds back" your workout calories to your daily allowed calories?
For instance, if I burn 500 calories working out...and I still want to keep track of that...but I don't want to eat those calories back, do I just not enter my workout (or enter the calories burned as 0)?
I'd like to keep track of my workouts, but it's confusing when it keeps adding in more calories and messing up my macros everyday!

Yes! Say for example you did 30 minutes on the elliptical (this is my example because it's what I normally do haha!). So under 'minutes performed' you type in 30, and then the calories burned automatically adjusts. However, you can change the calories burned number. Just erase whatever MFP calculates, and type in '1'. Hopefully that makes sense!0
