Feeling Extra Fat Today

UGH
I am totally and completely feeling fat today, its been a depressing two weeks for me, with the loss of a family member & me getting sick its been hard to workout & get the motivation to do so.
I put on my (loose) pair of jeans on & still feel completely fat... I have this spare tire hanging out and all i wanna do is put on a pair of sweat pants with a loose t-shirt... (Which i have been sporting all week)
I am suppose to go shopping for an outfit for the funeral but I'm dreading heading into the fitting room :noway:
Gonna try my best to get myself out of this rut... Last year around this time i lost about 25lbs, bought smaller clothes and now this time this year, gained it all back & all the clothes are to tight! I am so pissed & angry at myself...
MOTIVATION & SUPPORT NEEDED...!!! :grumble:

We all have those days. I'm sure everyone does. Even having lost over 40 pounds, I still have those days! So, go to your closet, find your faovirte outfit that fits comfortably, grab a dress, whatever. Do your hair and your make-up, that often makes me feel better, even if I'm feeling blobby. Browse your cookbooks or online and find a healthy new recipe that sounds awesome to try. Focus on your new habits and new lifestyle and what you want. Get excited to try something new. Go to the mall/store. Look around. Only take in outfits you really, really like and/or think will flatter your figure. Don't try to grab a smaller size for wishful thinking. Try on as few as possible, for me, the more I try on, the more frustrated I feel, and it's always better for the mind to have to go get a smaller size off the rack than a bigger one!
You will find a great dress/outfit that makes you feel awesome! You will make lifestyle changes that make you feel healthier and fitter and awesome! It will be slow, it will be baby steps, but YOU CAN DO IT!0 -
awe. Stay strong, we've all been there. One day at a time0
