Fr a woman 10% is starting to get extream. It is not a % that is dangerous but it is for a woman getting low.
I retract my statement because I was assuming men were included. Yes under 12% is getting quite low for a female.

The 5lbs you've gained is water retention for muscle recovery. Hooray for your muscles!

You're getting to a point in your journey where the number on the scale doesn't mean much anymore. Keep weighing if you want, but the money is in the measurements.

You've stalled. Recalculate your TDEE. You should only be eating a 10% deficit at 25% BF. Also, you're approaching maintenance. Your weight loss will be very slow from here on out, and water weight fluctuations are going to mess with your scale weight a lot more. Roll with it. You're still doing fantastic.

12-15% BF is too low for female fertility. Most women need at least 18-22% BF for reproductive health.

Once I get ride of this last 5lbs, I will be happy to just maintain. I'm just so nervous that increasing from where I am will make me gain. But gotta try it.

Ahhh....that 5 Lbs is water and glycogen that your muscles are storing for repair...that's a good thing BTW.

I increased my weight lifting routine Saturday. Went heavier and a few new things. I pray my muscles are holding water, cause I got on scale this morning and gained 4 lbs since I weighed on Friday. I can't imagin gaining 4 real pounds in 3 days. Gotta be water
