Do you divide up the amount of calories you eat per meal?
I usually have 300 for breakfast, 200 for lunch, 300 before working out/ snack and 400 for dinner. Sometimes I'll eat a huge snack and skip dinner... Is that bad?

I think thats a good way of dividing it up

    Mine are never exact either

How far apart is your breakfast from your lunch.....because if its too far...you may want to add a snack in between breakfast and lunch

You are currently at 1200 calories...so if you workout you will have room for an additional snack after breakfast to ensure you are eating often enough

I think you should split your calories however best suits YOU! And what works best. I have always eaten big dinners with my husband, so I make up for that early in the day with small breakfasts and small lunches. Some people will tell me that I shouldn't eat "so much" so close to bedtime, but how I've been doing it has been working for me

I say as long as you're not going way below your calorie goal for the day and you aren't starving at the end of the day, a big snack in mid afternoon should be okay if you're skipping dinner.

But what do I know - that just MHO
