Weight Loss Goal Estimator

I found this cool link I thought I would share that estimates when you should achieve your goal weight if you stick to your fitness plan. Basically you specify your current weight, your goal weight and what is your daily calorie deficit (# of calories below 2000 Calorie limit). The site also has some good diet information I found very useful.

I also liked this calculator I found on the same site http://www.freedieting.com/tools/body_fat_calculator.htm
It was interesting to see how staying the same weight, but decreasing waist measurement, changed the %0 -
