I found this cool link I thought I would share that estimates when you should achieve your goal weight if you stick to your fitness plan. Basically you specify your current weight, your goal weight and what is your daily calorie deficit (# of calories below 2000 Calorie limit). The site also has some good diet information I found very useful.
