Cheat meal/day

I'm confused on this topic. Is it a cheat day or cheat meal. Can you go wild and eat anything or just a hundred or two extra calories.
How often does this glorious event take place?

Um, correct me if I'm wrong, but there's no set definition for "cheat" meals. I don't think I've ever had a cheat DAY, though. I guess it depends on what you're comfortable with!
I sometimes crave wings or burgers, so I'll just go ahead have them, but I do write down how much I have.0 -
Some people do a cheat meal where they don't worry about the calories or macros. A day is on a larger scale. Most will probably do this once a week.
But, a lot of members will tell you, everything in moderation, so you don't need a cheat day or meal, work in the things you like. But if you want Chinese food in a Thursday night, then go for it (most people will workout a bit longer that day).0 -
A cheat meal, Give yourself one meal a week where ryou will completly induldge in your cravings, PLAN IT OUT!
If now say it is going to be a whole day with friends or something, thats fine, but Know that, that is your Cheat meal/day. And just right back on track. Dont skip out your workouts, and still be making sure to drink enough water and get what your body needs for recovery ie. protein shake. but yes a cheat meal is good! just plan it out! almost as though its a goal, so through the week you know that you have a cheat meal, that burger and fries youve been craving or that big piece of cake is waiting, and if you stay on track you can have that! and than enjoy it! savour it! lick the plate off! and dont feel guilty at all!

By far u don't have to listen to me by all means. I like to do things my way if it doesn't harm me. I like to have a cheat once a month where I eat whatever I want when I want n not force down water all day long. But in all honesty now I can only drink one cup of juice cause i am not used to it anymore . But the first time I did it I thought I would gain my weight back so I weighed myself all week and I didn't gain a single pound because other than tht day I had been losing weight slowly and healthy so my body could afford a cheat day but when I first started I cut out cheats completely until I was ready and controlled. It took about a month before I felt comfortable cheating.0
