Stretch Mark Bellys, Ever Get Flat Again?

I had two children and gained over 60 pounds with both. I was not one of those lucky girls who skate through pregnancies with a nice smooth belly. I got a whole covering of stretch marks with my daughter, and even more with my 9.7lb son. I've never been in great shape since my daughter was born almost 9 years ago, so I have no idea if it's possible to go from a flabby stretch mark belly to a toned, relatively flat belly. I know the loose skin will never completely fade.
So what did you do to flatten your belly out as much as possible after stretch marks?? Before and after pics would be very inspiring!
Thanks!!

There's a girl named Sharee Hansen (you can google funeralformyfat for her site) and she is very honest and open and shares a lot of pics of her weight loss journey and the extra skin. She was never pregnant, but she lost about 120 lbs. She just had a tummy tuck, but before she did, she posted several videos on youtube showing her excess skin. The remarkable thing is, there's a big difference between the first video and the video she posted right before she got the procedure; the excess skin seemed to tighten up quite a bit. I think it was just time, clean eating, and exercise that helped. She talks about having stretch marks too, though.0
