So, I have my 5 year old nephews birthday tomorrow.. And my sister loves to cook amazing food.. How do I stay away from it all and what can I do to not eat it? What is SAFE to eat at a party?

  • I would suggest that you eat a healthy snack right before you go to the party. That way, you will not be starving when you get there and won't overeat the yummy, fattening stuff. Try "tastes" of things instead of full portions. Drink lots of water while you are there; that will help keep you full too. Perhaps fit in some exercise time tomorrow to burn a few calories.

I have no problem taking a cheat day once a week. If you haven't had one in a while, you could just throw the calorie counting out the window for one meal and be free! Just get back on course tomorrow, hit the gym and you'll be fine.
