Now, we are all here for a lifestyle change and learning to love eating healthy...and I don't feel deprived!
However, we know that celery is one of the foods that you actually burn more calories eating it than consuming. If you could change any ONE food in the world to work the same way as celery does.....meaning you could basically eat as much as you want and actually burn more calories eating it than gaining, what would it be??
Mine would probably be a toss up between chocolate (all kinds) and pizza!!! LOL!

I can't decide between them, so I pick both. If I didn't have to record all the calories I eat from cheese and wine, the pounds would melt off. These are the only two things that I am having a really hard time giving up, so I do everything I can to have them and fit them in my calorie/fat/sugar intake. Why is it that all the good tasting stuff is so bad for us, God has a nasty sense of humor:grumble:0 -
