Friends in the same boat as me(or used to be)

Hi! I am a 24yr old female. I started this weight goal Dec 26,2012 after my third baby, I was 210lbs, and now am 180lbs. I was losing alot at first, but have slowed to a crawl, even though I'm more strict and working harder than ever. All of my "real life" friends are skinny and aren't the greatest source of motivation, since they don't know my struggles and havent been where I am. I would just like some friends that are similar to me that I can follow along with and hopefully wont get so down when I feel "stuck". I am 5'7 with a 33" waist, by most calculations I should be around 120-150ish. so I still have a ways to go. I'm particularly bummed out right now from having weighed 180 for almost three weeks now. I already work out everyday, and eat about 1300cal with a net of about 800 or 900. so I cant exactly cut my calories any more :/ anyone been here, and got out of this funk? what got you out of it? I've been researching the whole starvation mode thing, but there's so many conflicting theories. Don't wanna take in more calories when I honestly dont feel hungry for them, and dont want to risk sabotaging myself either way... Then theres the "when you get closer to your goal you'll slow down" theory, but I was losing about 2lbs a week and now, nada, thats not exactly a transition. Just need to know someone else has beat this dark cloud! So share!!! Thanks!

Been there hun! Just keep going. Workout harder and longer and that will speed up your metabolism. I was at 235, down to 173. Goal is 140. Feel free to add me hun.

    ^^Don't listen to this.

-Weightloss isn't linear. You won't lose anything in some weeks. Also, you should be netting 1300 not 800-900. Increase your calorie intake a little bit. Add higher calorie items if you feel like you can't consume more volume.
-What is your goal weight? You may need to adjust your settings. 2lbs a week is probably no longer a sustainable rate. I'd set it to 1lb a week.
-Give yourself a rest day once a week.
-Switch some cardio for strength training.

for now my goal is set to 170, but ideally I'd like to go to 150ish. I figured I'd slow down as I got thinner, just didnt expect it to stop entirely :(

Have you been taking down your measurements?

You don't have that much to lose. And 3 weeks at the same weight is not long enough to be a plateau. Switch to lose 1lb a week. Give it a minimum of one month before you make any other changes.

I have, my measurements were 36 waist down to 33, 47 hips to 45, 28 thigh to 26...I just dont get how I was so consistent in losing, and now nothing has changed and it stopped :/
