Just log al you eat, messure it good.
Don't go too fast, U must do it a long time, so eat what u want and find nicer and better food by comparing.
I just started 6 weeks ago and it realy help me to find out what are my. calorie-bombs.
I just replace them by things i love and are better.
So i'm eating more now, don't feel hungry and more energize.

Thanks for the advice, I need to remember it's going to take time and not deprive myself or I'll sabotage myself.0

Baby steps are sometimes the best way to get started. I started parking at the far end of the parking lot at work - it's not much, but it's more than I was doing.
This is a marathon, not a sprint. Lifestyle change, not a "diet".
You can do this!
Send me a friend invite; I'll cheer you on.0
