Just started Jillian's 30 Day Shread today and a food journal earlier this week. I hope I can stick with it with my busy life. Any suggestions?

    know what you are going to make or simple plug it in before eating your meal so you don't forget to put it in later
  • The first time I did the 30 Day Shred my body was not accustomed to working out. I was incredibly sore and it was hard to sit down. If you get there, DON'T give up! Keep pushing yourself. I know when life gets busy it is hard to take time for yourself, but you are worth it. The 30 Day Shred is perfect because it only takes about 20 minutes. You can do this!
