need to lose at least 40 pounds but with time i suppose. so unmotivated.. yet i need this.. suggestions

    Not sure what suggestions you are looking for but for me it is helpful to have a plan. I am looking to loose 50 lbs. the first 30 with just diet I will eat 1300 cal daily 5 days a week 1 day I can have up to 2600 cal and the last day I will fast. That balances out to 1300 daily but keeps my metabolism guessing so it doesn't shut down and I get to have that one high cal day to motivate me to stay committed the rest of the week.
