Squats

I have been doing the 30 day squat challenge and when i put in how many squats i have done into MFP it never says how many calories that it has burned , im just wondering if i am logging it wrong

    If you want it to estimate calories burned log it under Cardio, Strength Training or Circuit Training

    Well bc you're probably logging them under strength and MFP doesn't have calories burned for strength exercise for various reasons. In all honesty the actual amount of calories you might be burning are not worth logging as its probably pretty low unless you're doing them weighted. I wouldn't be concerned with it and just do it for fun,

    thanks for the replies, Since starting doing the Squat challenge iv noticed that i can get to 50 squats before i need take a slight breather and when i first started i ached after 10, so thats an achievement
