This week I've felt really ill and I've only run 15.5 miles (last week I did 32.5) I did some weight lifting and have been eating a lot but mostly healthy (apart from crisps which I went a month without and have started eating again). Also went out drinking on Sunday until 2:30 am.

I was dreading weighing myself as my stomach and thighs look really fat.

I put on 2 lbs / 0.6 kg but body fat is the same 22.8%. :smile:
