Fabulous!! as a fitness instructor I have to ask you something. Is it possible to tone up "old arms" LOL My arms are really not huge but I have wrinkly skin under the arms which I tend to blame on old age. I think I am really harsh on myself because I have noticed women 20 and 30 years younger than me having that same look under the arm. Will toning help the appearance?0

Well if it is from weight loss then it is skin and nothing we can do really with that but the triceps are one of the easiest muscles to tone up and add some tone and muscle planks in any position will help push ups on the wall depending your fitness level i can give you many ideas0
