feeling bloated and chia seeds

hi guys just a question I have been doing mfp solid for bout 26 days and exercise most days and up till last week gradually cut out bread, I have the occasional pasta, or rice, but last weekend we had a full weekend of social events and virtually had to eat what was supplied :( bread ect, know all this week I have been feeling really bloated and my pants that were comfortable round waist before last weekend are just a bit uncomfortable I am also feeling bit quesy (definetly not pregnant), I was back on track again by tuesday with tracking exercise and healthy eating ect and had a quick weigh today (as weigh in is tomorrow) and looks like I might have put bout 1/2 kg on :( only thing I have done different this week is added chia seeds to my morning cereals, could this be making me feel bloated as the container says that chia seeds have 3 time more fibre thanks
